The author, using archival and bibliographical sources, intertwines the events of Pentecostal history with those of the cultural, political and social life of Italy in a moment of great post-war upheavals. In short: a story to be proud of.  &nbsp;  Giancarlo Rinaldi taught the History of Christianity at Naples Eastern University. He was particularly interested in the relationship between Christianity and paganism with special attention to the latter\u2019s perception of the spread of the Christian faith.
